We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Generally, grip size is determined by the distance from the middle line of your palm to the tip of your ring finger.
Do you offer professional racket restringing services?
Yes, we offer custom stringing options. You can select your preferred string type and tension at checkout, and our certified stringers will prepare your racket before shipping.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that shoes must not have been worn on-court to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express 2-day shipping for players who need their gear in time for an upcoming tournament.
Are the tennis balls sold in bulk or individual pressurized cans?
We offer both! You can purchase individual 3-ball or 4-ball cans, or save money by purchasing cases of 12 or 24 cans for club use.
